Traffic, traffic and more traffic!
With
the level of information provided in this site, we're getting a lot of
ideal traffic for helping Grand Lake Area businesses cater
to fishermen, sports-minded folks and travelers.
Why all the traffic? Perhaps a comment
from a site visitor explains it best:
"A very
impressive and great site for anyone who needs info on Grand Lake's
fishing or just wanting to know what's biting when. I have been
in this area for only a short while, and this site has helped me quite a
bit to learn where the fish are and also to know when they are biting. I am still
learning the lake, only been here a few months, and look forward to
searching this site for updates as needed. Thanks again
for taking the time and effort to keep the beginning fisherman as well
as the more experienced fishermen informed.
Yours truly,
Kevin S."
(Ed. Note: Kevin is from this general
area, according to a "whois" lookup on his IP address.)
And why should you advertise here? Just ask a
sponsor:
"Thanks for all the online reservations and inquiries we have received
from GrandFishingReport.com. When do we renew with you guys? I am very
happy with the results. You were the first we went with when coming to
Grand Lake and the one that has helped us the most."

NEW
2008 SPONSORS COME IN AT $480 PER YEAR
(Our great
1st year "Charter Sponsors" have earned a special rate for renewals)
Our Site Sponsors contract by the
calendar year and
receive:
|
 |
Link and/or small box with your logo on the main site greeting page
|
 |
(like the Butler Real
Estate or Signs by Sikorski
ads on the front page) |
|
|
 |
Two
or three web pages in the form of a "Mini-Site" (small add'l
fee applies)
|
 |
Like
Catfish John's or
Shebang
in this site |
|
 |
For
sponsors without their own existing web site |
|
 |
Pricing is based upon very
limited changes once created
(add'l charges may apply) |
|
|
 |
An easy web address to refer people to your "Mini-Site" such as:
which you would say to people as:
"grandfishingreport dot com slash
catfishjohns" |
|
 |
Your address would take people directly to your Mini-Site. |
|
 |
If you don't have a logo,
we can design one for you at a nominal fee (give us an idea of how you would like it look and what it should
say). Keep in mind a logo is just that... a graphic representation your
business name. |
|
 |
You are welcome to send us pictures, which we can incorporate into your Mini-Site, along with the particulars about your business, such as location, phone, hours, email,
fax, web address
(if you have one), directions, specialties, specials, etc. |
|
 |
Any text you email us should be entered in the body of an email message in
lower case, with proper capitalization (i.e., not all in upper case, which forces us to re-type
everything). |
|
 |
We can scan
original photos or line art (printed photographs do not scan
cleanly) and return them unharmed, or you can email us the photo graphic files. We prefer
"jpg" format, minimum 300 dpi and 640x480 resolution (the
higher -- the better!), well-lighted,
sunny day photos to work with. Professional photos will always look better online than amateur
photos, and photos taken on cloudy days almost never come out good.
(add'l charges may apply if
extensive edited is required) |
|
 |
It is always better to have too much information and too many
photos. That way we can edit and select what looks and sounds best from what is provided. We'll post a draft online for your review and tweak it as necessary
(within reason, giving the economical pricing). |
|
 |
You also
get listed and linked from our
Sponsors page and in the appropriate
"Where to find it on Grand" (Gas/Food, Lodging, Tackle, etc.)
section. |
|
 |
If you have an existing web site, we ask for a
reciprocal link back to
GrandFishingReport.com. This helps both of us in search engine
rankings. |
|
 |
If you have any more questions, just shoot us an
email. |
